About SINOWAY

From road construction to agricultural development and clean energy — SINOWAY-TEKAR has been expanding Uzbekistan's infrastructure since 2009.

From Infrastructure
to Sustainable Growth

Founded in Tashkent and officially registered on December 2, 2009, SINOINDUSTRIAL TASHKENT LLC — operating under the SINOWAY brand — began with a clear and focused mission: to deliver reliable road construction and infrastructure development across Uzbekistan. The company became fully operational in 2010, growing steadily from early regional contracts into one of the country's most capable infrastructure contractors.

In 2022, a strategic joint venture was formed with Turkish company TEKAR, merging engineering expertise and international experience under one entity — LLC JV SINOWAY-TEKAR. This partnership expanded the company's capacity to take on larger, more complex projects funded by international institutions including the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank. Today, SINOWAY-TEKAR brings together a team of 145 professionals, including 37 highly qualified engineering and technical specialists.

Building on a strong foundation in construction, SINOWAY-TEKAR has expanded its activities into sustainable agriculture and renewable energy. The company is developing 5,000 hectares of agricultural land in Khorezm Oblast in partnership with Envien Group — a leading biofuel producer across Central and Eastern Europe — with a long-term plan for bioethanol and biodiesel production. Additionally, the company operates a modern greenhouse facility in Kibray district, Tashkent Oblast, producing tomatoes and cucumbers. These ventures reflect a deliberate strategy to diversify and build long-term value beyond construction.
