infrastructure in Uzbekistan
SINOINDUSTRIAL TASHKENT LLC, operating under the SINOWAY brand, was registered in Tashkent on 2 December 2009. The company began work in 2010 on road construction and related infrastructure projects in Uzbekistan.
In 2022, the founders and Turkish company TEKAR established LLC JV SINOWAY‑TEKAR. The joint venture executes state and IFI‑funded road and irrigation contracts, including projects financed by the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank. Today, SINOWAY‑TEKAR employs 145 professionals, including 37 engineering and technical specialists.
SINOWAY‑TEKAR also develops agricultural assets. The company is developing 5,000 hectares of land in Khorezm region in partnership with Envien Group for future bioethanol and biodiesel feedstock. It operates a greenhouse facility in Kibray district, Tashkent region, producing tomatoes and cucumbers for the local market.

Launch of the METSO crushing and screening plant in Kibray district, Tashkent region, increasing aggregate output to more than 400 t/h.
Commissioning of a concrete production plant for multiple concrete grades in Kibray district, adding on‑site concrete supply.
Award of the first international contracts and start of cross‑border work with foreign contractors.
Establishment of LLC JV "SINOWAY‑TEKAR" with Turkish partner TEKAR to execute larger road and irrigation contracts.
Total value of completed and ongoing contracts exceeds USD 150 million. Portfolio includes state‑funded and IFI‑funded road and irrigation projects.
