Stationary and mobile asphalt concrete mixing plants at the Kibray production base. Plants supply asphalt mixes for SINOWAY‑TEKAR road projects and other contracts in Tashkent and nearby regions.

Stationary and mobile concrete plants at the Kibray base, with 10 truck‑mounted HOWO mixers for on‑site delivery. Concrete is produced to various grades for bridge structures, drainage structures, and road infrastructure elements.

production
Crushing and screening complexes in Kibray (METSO), Pskent (TEKNOTAK), and additional sites in Tashkent and Jizzakh regions. Facilities produce aggregate fractions and construction sand for road base layers, concrete, and asphalt mixes.

Transport, rental, surveying, quality control, and project management services that support road and infrastructure contracts.
Heavy‑haul transport of excavators, pavers, rollers, crushing units, and other road construction equipment between project sites.
Bulk transportation of cement, aggregates, sand, and other construction materials to sites across Uzbekistan.
Rental of road construction machinery with or without operators. Includes pavers, rollers, graders, loaders, and haulage units.
Geodetic and topographic surveys before and during construction. Works cover alignment, longitudinal and cross‑section levels, and as‑built documentation.
On‑site quality control in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and Uzbek construction norms. Includes materials testing, compaction checks, and pavement layer compliance.
Project execution support, including construction scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and progress reporting to the client.
