SINOWAY operates both stationary and mobile asphalt concrete mixing plants at its Kibray District production base. On-site production guarantees consistent mix quality, eliminates supply chain delays, and enables direct supply to project sites at any required volume.

The Kibray production base houses both stationary and mobile concrete plants, supported by a fleet of 10 truck-mounted HOWO mixers for direct on-site delivery. Concrete is produced to various grades to meet the structural requirements of bridge works, drainage structures, and road infrastructure.

Production
Operating crushing and screening complexes across three locations — Kibray (METSO), Pskent (TEKNOTAK), and additional sites in Tashkent and Jizzakh regions — SINOWAY produces a full range of aggregate fractions and construction sand for road base layers, concrete, and asphalt mixes.

Provision of road construction machinery and equipment on a rental basis, with experienced operators available for the duration of the engagement.
